If you wear with boots, it doesn’t fit.I bought it for my son who is 4 years old…. At the ice rink, with regular winter boots, it didn’t close it. You will need to figure out a way to close both straps from both sides. Very disappointed.

The skates were good for a child learning to skate. They are adjustable in length but the ankle straps are way too short. I wish there was a way of making them longer since they are useless for my 5 year olds.

Grands took up skating this year, when my granddaughter got hers and my grandson didn't, these were perfect for him! And the fact they are adjustable, they will grow with him.

My granddaughter is 2 and just learning to skate. These are great beginning skates. Easy on and off. The also stay on while skating so she feels secure on the ice. Highly recommend.

Hired something similar for my 5 year old and were a great success - 2nd time we couldn't hire these and ended up with a single blade boot which as a lot less successful - so much easier for a beginner with two blades - in fact my wife wondered if they did them in adult sizes too!Nice sturdy straps as well
