This unit seems to be working fine , had a little trouble with set up but it seems to switch back and forth for me from ac- batt with no issues . tech support is as expected takes up to 72 hrs for them to respond to you . i feel its a decent product.it had slight damage to the case and they did tell me if it was an issue they would swap it out so i took the cover off and made sure there was no visual damage to transformer . and i just kept the one i ordered first
