Bought mostly to replace air filter. These filters were too thick so I simply peeled off a couple of layers otherwise restricted too much air.

Fuel lines don’t fit too small and the seal for the tank is too big. Air filters are too big too. Waste of time and money.

Stihl BG55 leaf blower was running worse and worse, unable to adjust the carb for high speed, sounded like running rich - burbling, wouldn't run at high revs. Bought this 'kit'. Spark supressor wasn't bad, could see through wee holes but replaced it. Plug was black, not light chocolate color, indicating rich running, replaced it. Filter was 'squishy' feeling, clearly was oil and gas saturated, figured it was 'choking' the blower. Replaced it. Ran like a top! Probably was the filter, experience says plug might have cleaned up, as it was only a year old. Was a quick and inexpensive fix.

I used all but the gas line to tune up my blower, and it runs much better now. It would be even better if the kit included a replacement spark arrestor for the muffler.
