When I sat in the seat it would not stay and I almost fell a few times! I hate to say it because I order a lot from Amazon but I would not recommend no one buying one of these seats!

My review might not be the most helpful. I got this for my husband who likes to sit in the edge of our bed and play video games. He used to try and stack pillows behind his back but they always shift and he has to readjust them constantly in order to have enough back support. So now he uses this instead and he absolutely loves it! It has virtually no padding on the seat, but he doesn't need that. It successfully gives him enough back support to game successfully for hours at a time on the weekends. He's used it almost daily for a couple months and says the stitching is starting to show wear, but seems pretty good to me.

I signed up for a yoga teacher training that lasted 9 weeks. We sat in the yoga studio for sometimes 7 hours learning about poses and the history of yoga. I needed a seat for comfort. There were other seats that were more expensive and fancier but I only wanted a seat to do the job that would fit in my large tote bag I had filled with the yoga binders, pens, yoga mat and snacks. This chair fits well into a large tote which just made it so much easier to incorporate it into my routine. The fancier chairs don't fold and require an extra carrier. And I don't have any interest in that.

I had to find something with no metal in it to be allowed to take it in to the stadium, so I ordered this. It was a lot better than nothing, but not nearly as comfortable as a stadium seat that fastens to the bleacher seat and has a metal framed back support. But, alas, that kind was not allowed where I was going. Check the rules for where you are going to see what is allowed!
