Excelente, es exactamente lo que buscaba: un molde para hornear brownies que no necesite la ridícula medida de envolverlo en papel aluminio para que no se queme el pan, como sí tenía que hacerlo con los que tienen recubrimiento antiadherente. Estuvo en el horno el tiempo justo y el brownie salió perfecto, sin bordes o el fondo quemados. Solo necesité engrasar y enharinar, sin empapelar. El pero: como que no le quedarían mal unas orejas para una extracción más fácil del horno, pero no es algo extremadamente necesario, ya que el molde es hermoso, incluso para la presentación final. 100% recomendable.

I got these to freeze meals in. I was feeling guilty using the throw a way pans. Perfect for me & hubby! I’m thrilled with the weight & sturdiness of them! Of course I’ll use cooking spray & parchment paper so I’ll have no issues getting our dinners out!

If you don't need super fancy baking pans with handles, these work well. I like to bake and freeze lasagna four pans at a time, so these suit my needs perfectly.

I haven't baked in these pans yet, but so far I'm pleased. They are heavy-duty and, while the sides aren't totally vertical, they are angled just enough to allow the pans to nest, but still straight enough to work okay for layer cakes. I looked a long time to find baking pans that do not have to be hand-washed, and these came out great after an initial run through the dishwasher. Edited to add: I baked a layer cake in these and the results were perfect. Since they're not non-stick, I recommend lining them with parchment paper, which I always do when baking.
