prAna Women's Kimble Dress

This dress has reinstated my hope for prAna! I own a couple dresses from this brand (6 years old and still kicking) and I was hoping to add some fresh ones to my summer wardrobe. The other praNa dresses I’ve recently tried on are so thin and clingy, totally unfriendly for those of us who have a little tummy and suffer from summer bloat and the tops have been oddly big. This dress is made of the same thicker material as the dresses I own and love. Not too thick, but a weight to the material which allows it to hang nicely away from my tummy. The length is just above the knee on me. I’m 5’5” 145lbs. The only issue is that the top is just slightly off on me; not as bad as other ones recent tried, but still a bit big/long. I need to pull the back down in order for the front to fit better. I’m a 36B and I think if I filled out the top more and had a longer torso it would be a perfect fit. Still good enough to keep. A great casual option and work dress (I’m a massage therapist.) Very comfortable material and I LOVE not having to wear a bra in nyc summer heat!!

Cute dress, very flattering! The neckline is a little high, so if you aren't used to that it's a bit distracting.

I wish they'd made more Colors I bought all 3 and would love to buy more super.comfortable. Soft material, yeah, holds the girls up nicely. Great business attire as well as off. Work attire all-in-one dress period

But, the coloration isn't. The side stripe is too jumpsuit era of the early 2000's - as in it is too contrasting. Item was returned based on looking too athletic and not athletic/casual/possibly dressy in a pinch.

Maybe if you are super slim and fit a small then this wouldn’t be an issue but the large fits me well every place but the neck shoulders top and I’m 5’6” with a long torso. I feel like to fit a large you would need to be over 5’9” and slim. Not made for average people but skinny or tall. Disappointed. Nice fabric. The black was almost green which I loved. If the straps were adjustable it would work.

I am a very outdoorsy person and have been familiar with the Prana brand for years. In my experience, they make quality clothing suitable for yoga, travel, and adventure. This Kimble Dress is the same great quality that I have come to expect from the brand.This dress is made of 85% Recycled Polyester and 15% Elastane. It has a soft brushed matte feel. The fabric has a substantial feel that denotes quality. This dress has a really nice silhouette with its halter neckline, racerback straps, and classic A-line knee-length skirt. It has fantastic design details like a built-in bra with removable cups and a pocket on the right hip.I chose the "Black Heather" color and it's a beautiful neutral with a bit of added visual detail in the heathering. It's really nice and fairly represented in the description photos.For reference, I am 5'5'' tall 110 lbs 30 D with a straight body shape and long limbs with a short torso. I typically wear a size 0 or XS. After glancing at Prana's sizing chart, I chose to order this dress in an XS. This dress fits very well and I would describe this dress as true-to-size.This dress is flattering and very comfortable to wear. The built-in bra is particularly comfortable! This is an excellent travel dress - it doesn't wrinkle, is just one piece to throw on, and can be dressed up or down. I'll be pairing these with a pair of Chaco's in the summer months.
