Bought this for my Horizon T500. This belt fit the equipment perfectly. Runs smoothly, which is smoother than the original belt.

Item was easy to install, but no instructions were included; but YouTube'd the install process and it wasn't bad. Install took 30 minutes to include the belt adjustment. Let the treadmill run for 20 minutes on 10 and incline on 10 to ensure proper adjustment and didn't lube. I bought a different belt over a year ago and it just got to slippery to run on. I have a Horizon T500 Treadmill that I got in 2009; it works great!.
