Order arrived quickly. The shutters were very low quality, with unfinished and jagged edges from whatever process is used to make them. Attempting to return them was a customer service nightmare. No pre-paid shipping label provided to return. While in the process of returning them, a replacement order was shipped without me asking, and was explained that it was a mistake. Those shutters were also in poor condition upon arrival. So I was left with 2 sets of shutters that were of no use to me. I filed a claim with Amazon to return them but never heard anything back.
