These are the best claws out there for shredding meat. They are heavy steel and the tips are sharp enough to give you a good scratch. I suggest wearing protective gloves if you're clumsy or not normally careful. They slice through chicken and pork shoulders without a care in the world. Clean up is easy and they didn't rust after throwing them in the dishwasher. The only downside is that if you're shredding a lot of meat, your arms may get tired more quickly than with a set of light plastic claws. But these will also make the job faster.
