We had a terry cloth version of a towel like this for our kids and we loved it. We bought 3 of these (1ea pink, blue& brown) for friends with new borns. The fabric didn’t feel super-soft to my hand, but also not coarse or harsh either. Our friends say these are soft and absorbent. They all love these too. Thumbs up.

Material is soft and the hoodie is not like your typical cone shaped hoodie. It’s also a made in a different shape allowing more coverage when drying baby after a bath.
