I was kind of excited to get this chalk and see what difference there was with a more professional type of chalk. I have to say, it was not as spectacular as I thought it would be. I used 2 of my most common cues. One is a breaking cue and the other is a tournament quality cue. First thing I noticed is that it took a little longer to get an initial layer of chalk on the cues with this. Once on, it was fine. But trying to use english in different scenarios was a bit lack luster. I thought maybe it was just me though at first. So I played another game and this time used a less expensive but still a quality chalk. Application was much easier and shots seemed to behave as expected. English was more noticeable with the other chalk where it seemed dull with this chalk. So I think for the cost, it doesn't really measure up as I had hoped.

I have used all sorts of chalk, some good some bad. This acdogeer green chalk was one of the worst performers I've used. Even with a freshly scuffed tip, there was nearly zero adhesion, offering very little control on English and forcing me to reapply for every single shot. Some other high end stuff i use frequently allows for many shots between uses, and even most of the cheaper stuff allows for this. Typically, i do prefer to chalk often, though maybe not every single shot. If you do prefer to chalk every single shot, which is a good habit, there are much cheaper and better performing options available. Sadly I was very disappointed in this product, and would not personally recommend using it.

This is great chalk. It is a bit drier than some but really sticks on the cue. I like that the powder doesn't get everywhere. Definitely nice chalk and I would recommend it.

It looks like taom v10 ... But performs below taom standards. The chalk is round and green (like taom) but that is where the similarity ends. This chalk is hard and gritty and does not adhere to the tip we'll The chalk is very hard so you have to use a lot of force. The coverage is not like taom which is softer and more paste like. Also this chalk generates poweder when applied to the tip. So not as clean as taom. In summary, it looks like taom but performs like very hard green chalk that doesn't adhere well and is not clean (gernates powder).

This review is for the "Premium Billiard Pool Cue Chalk Cube, No-Slip Billiard Cue Chalk Handmade Pool Stick Chalk with Storage Box Included, 1-Pcs Green Professional Billiard Cue Chalk Accessories" that I ordered via the Vine program.I have used Masters chalk for most of my life but recently switched to Taom V10 and was interested in trying this one out to see how it stands up. I started by roughing up a tip to remove any trace of prior chalk and used this exclusively for multiple racks, both breaking and playing. After an hour or so playing with this chalk I'm happy to report that it performs quite well.The chalk goes on with a very dry feeling compared to Masters or Taom V10 and takes a bit of work to get an initial even coating on a fresh cue tip. I found that it stuck to the tip extremely well and didn't transfer at all to the cue ball even when breaking. I could easily shoot five or more shots before having to apply any additional chalk. Also, I found it didn't leave any visible residue on the table other than when I was using extreme draw or jumping; shots that require the cue tip to contact the felt. I have tournament blue cloth and even when I did leave a mark, it easily dusted away with a quick fingertip brushing.This chalk exhibits all the attributes that I look for in a good quality chalk for everyday use. However, it's priced equal to the Taom V10 I've been using, and I find that I prefer the Taom, especially considering the equal price for a single piece of chalk. I did find that the chalk piece showed more wear more quickly than the Taom meaning it won't last as long for the same cost. I also didn't care for how dry the chalk felt going onto the tip. It didn't seem to effect playability but even though I could go multiple shots between applications, it needed more frequent application than the Taom.I don't feel I will be buying more of this chalk given the alternatives, but it's some of the better chalk I've used recently.

The chalk is good, it comes well protected, and it seems to be working better than the predator chalk. Placebo effect? I've been playing on a pool leafue for year, I've been using the chalk for months, the chalk seems to help a lot specifically when breaking the rack.

I play pool almost every day and normally use Predator 1080 chalk but I had to give this chalk a try to see what could possibly justify the price.I can say now, after using it several times, it really is an excellent quality chalk. I can’t say it’s something everybody will agree is worth spending so much money on, but it’s great stuff!To give it a fair trial, I completely resurfaced my tip (Predator “soft” on a Revo shaft) cutting a new “dime” profile and using only this chalk on the fresh surface. As is my habit, I chalk the tip after every few shots during my inning and always between innings. I was amazed at how this chalk stayed on the tip. It goes on so smoothly, laying down an ultra thin coat that stays put, shot after shot. And it gives plenty of grip, even as thin as the coat is.Will it make you a better player? I doubt it… but it’s VERY GOOD CHALK. My only reason for knocking a point off the rating is because it’s so expensive.
