What you will receive is not what the listing describes. I thought I would get a 10' lead with a 24" chain. In my experience, the measurements of a lead rope do not include the chain. So a 10' lead rope with a 24" chain should measure 10' of rope PLUS 24" of chain. However, these lead ropes are actually 8' of rope and 24" of chain. So the listing is misleading. In fact, take a look at a photo of the tag attached to the lead rope. It clearly is marked 8' rope with 24" chain - which is correct. If the manufacturer labels it as 8', why would you list it as 10?You might also notice that the tag says 5/8" which, by the way is less than the 3/4" stated in the Amazon listing.Add that to the fact that this is just average quality or slightly less, this was definitely not what I thought I was ordering. Not 10 feet long, not 3/4" and not premium quality.
