Unlike other bulk sundried salts Sea-90 is dried in a warehouse and some moisture is retained which means more trace minerals are retained. Unlike other sundries bulk salts that 95-99%NaCl Sea-90 is closer to actual marine salts as it is about 75% NaCl, with Magnesium and Calcium taking up the bulk the remaining 20-25% salts with trace minerals included. I used this to replace the expensive aquarium marine salts I used to use, and the added garlic acts as treatment for any nasty parasites. I would use the garlic free version for a fish-only saltwater aquarium.
