This baguette board is thin and lightweight. One side is beveled to set just under the loaf edge, and the dough is flipped quickly from the couche. The board is smooth. While washing, the grain raised up a bit. So wash right away before dough bits dry, then set near the warm oven to dry quickly. Good quality, nicely flat, markings did not wash off.
