Well, I am certainly no expert, but I know that phenolic resin is supposed to be the best. That's what these are advertised to be, so that is what I expect. Unfortunately, I am inexperienced enough to not know how to tell the difference. Anyway, they look really good. They roll very good. They sound very good. And the price was at the high end of what they usually sell poly resin balls and far less than they usually sell phenolic. I guess I have no choice but to give them five stars. As my usual practice, I will update this review if anything happens to change my opinion.
