The molds work great but the soap cutter showed up snapped down the middle making it pretty useless for cutting soap. Even if it arrived in tact I think with light use it would have broken anyway as the wood is thin, light and brittle feeling.

I have a beeswax project for which I was wanting a couple boxes to contain the melted wax and this was the most affordable set that had the soap cutters also. The silicone inserts cup inward unless something is poured into them, so I will be making a cross-support for my purposes or just clamping the long edges in place. The hand cutters are great and the cutting box itself is average. It will probably work for a few runs, but isn't made out of a hardwood that would ensure longevity. Happy enough at this price however.

I purchased these curring boxes because they were on sale. That being said, one of the boxes has a crack in it & the silicone liners are thin. Not the best quality, but I guess you get what you pay for & they were pretty cheap.
