Exact one for E46 325xi wagon. It fits in the same hole, same harness.

Replaced in a 2008 BMW Z4. It worked as soon as it was installed. OEM grommet came with a filter screen, new had no filter screen. The grommet needed to be replaced with the pump, so hopefully it won't clog any time soon. I'd suggest removing the tank and cleaning it out at the same time as installing the pump.
