I bought these for the sole reason that the picture illustrates that these have koyo bearings. They do not!! However most Timken bearings do and or they used to, unless they are the same bearings just re named, I was pretty in happy when I opened the box and realized this. Clarification from timken would be great

Fit my 2017 Tacoma great. Had to have a mechanic take it to a press to use the original hub with this new bearing but that was easy work for him. No complaints so far. Seemed well made to my eyes.

Uses the OEM koyo tapered roller bearing and works great. I would suggest anyone ordering this part order the center piece with the lug boltsbecause the inner race for the bearing stays on that part and is hard to remove.

There was a Koyo bearing inside the Timken box, no big deal since both are considered as actual OEM factory parts and of the same high quality. Fitment was great onto a brand new Dorman hub and Timken grease seal. I pressed the bearing onto the hub myself with now issues.MonkeyProof@TacomaWorld.com

Replaced both my front wheel bearings on my 08 4runner now. One with Koyo a few months ago and now Timken on the other side (koyo was not available). To my surprise when I opened the Timken box there was a Koyo bearing. Worked perfect with the Dorman hub. KOYO/Timken is always great qualit .

So far I have replaced the two front wheel bearings on my 21007 FJ Cruiser in the last 4 years and I've used Timken both times. They have held up well and the noise went away. All I can say is...they work!

Best quality bearing available for this Toyota application. LOOK FOR,DORMAN HUBS ALSO SOLD ON AMAZON PRIME. 95 percent of time you will need those too. The old bearings rarely press off easily. YOU WILL NEED NEW HUBS TOO. Bearings have correct tone wheel for abs and vsc. VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SCAN TOOL TO RECALIBRATE. CHEAP CHINESE BEARINGS SOMETIMES DO NOT.
