This is great! I love that it is easy to work and once I get it going, I can basically ignore it. It does a great job with processing beans, meat, etc.I got a second one because I could only do 4 quarts at a time. Having a second one makes the effort more worth it.

Easy to use, good for the price, quality and function are good. Size is nice. Raw aluminum is the only color option.

This pressure canner will accommodate 7 large quart jars at once and you can use it on a normal residential stove.

This pressure caner is fantastic! I have already canned 40 quarts of pasta sauce, 20 quarts of pickles, 20 quarts of salsa, and 20 quarts of squash and zucchini. I plan to put this to heavy use. My only complaint? I don't have two of them!
