This cardigan is very soft, but the material itself feels a little iffy in quality. It reads a bit on the cheaper side, and the buttons don’t feel super secure. I was very careful when washing this because I was worried a button would fall off in the wash, and I knew I had to line dry it to ensure it wouldn’t shrink up. It almost feels like the material will melt with high heat. For occasional use, this will check the box. It does look like nice quality if you don’t look too close. The material is a good thickness so it isn’t sheer or clingy, and it does fit true to size. I would say this is good for light use as a layer during transition seasons, but I don’t expect this to hold up well over time.

I really like the material on this and the color. It's a flattering top that looks good with so many pants/skirts, so I was bummed that I struggled so much with the buttons. They're very heavy and cheap looking. I feel like the weight of them pulls the sides apart enough that you have to wear an undershirt unless you always want your bra to show. Not great, since this blouse is warm to begin with. I think I'll replace the buttons and hopefully that will take care of the issue.
