The handles of these bags are glued on and they rip off easily. You can’t fill the bags full or put anything heavy in them because the minute you pick them up, the handles rip off. I never write negative reviews but these are horrible. Waste of money.

These bags are great! I bought them to help me pack fragile lamp bases, serving bowls & platter, and other fragile items during a recent home move. They worked great! Nice and sturdy and did the job. I will buy them again for every day use. And to take to grocery stores that charge extra for bags. They’re cost effective and better quality than you’d get in a lot of locations where they’re having to double bag. One bag will do the trick!

I am always looking for paper bags for something and now I have 100 of them on hand. These are great with the Holidays right around the corner. Fill them with the presents you have to take to parties, great way to send guests home with their left-overs. Cut them open and they are great to cover the table for kids craft projects. These are also great to have in the car for rummage sale purchases. Use them in the garden to hold the veggies you are picking.I found the bags to be sturdy and they hold a lot. The seller's page states they will hold up to 6 pounds. The handles are folded down and held in place with glue. I had no problems lifting the handle up without tearing the bag. But if you just wanted to carry the bag in your arms, you could leave the handles folded down on the side of the bag.I have no complaints about these bags. The bags have no odors or unpleasant smells. I feel these are good quality bags.
