This is a roller assembly, with a flat edge roller, suitable for use with Tom Rays Tyco 66 sliding windows. Dimensions are 3/8 inch roller diameter, 1/4 inch overall width, and a 3/8 inch overall depth. This flat edged steel roller is secured in a nylon housing. It features mounting holes 1-1/4 inch on center.

My window slides much more smoothly than before. The window frame dates back to when my condo was built, around 1970, but stopped moving smoothly. It was easy to spot the broken roller, and very easy to unscrew it and put this new one in. Now my window is trouble free.

I ordered 2 packages (4 rollers per package) and when I opened the first package the plastic housing on 1 assembly was damaged and the roller on another assembly was frozen and wouldn't roll either. With quality control that bad at Prime Line, I lost confidence and sent the order back for a refund.

My window was not opening very easily. At times I felt as if I had dislocated my shoulder /arm socket just sliding the window open. My friend who was repainting my son’s old bedroom removed the window from the rail and showed me where the wheels had completely disintegrated. I ordered the small replacement wheel cartridge assembly unit for both ends. Once the rolling wheels had been replaced, the window moved along the rail so much easier and required less effort on my part to open and close the window now.

rollers are good for a light windows, mine are 3/4" thick thermo windows which are too heavy for the rollers

I received this product by number a window shop gave me. The product arrived fast, but it is a lot more flimsy than the original piece I had. Also, I had to trim the tab that hangs over the side to get it to fit properly. All in all, it got the job done, so I cannot complain too much and it was half the price for more product than the window place wanted.
