My cupboard door needed a new roller at the top. The only thing I had to do is drill the hole in the door a little bigger. The door is like new again and works the way it should. The seller was fast in sending out the door roller and it was packed so it was protected from any damage in the box. Clearly deserves the 5 stars or even more.

This product is mostly made of plastic. If you get 3 months or more out of one of these, you're either living in a house blessed by magic elves, or you never use the door that this is installed in.We've had a few of these. At first I thought, oh, I must have bought a bad one. Then the second one in the package broke quickly too. There's very little option for replacement, so I bought more of these. And they just keep on breaking.When we bought our house, these things used to be available in all metal -- those would last years and years. But those aren't available anymore. You can buy the N-6544 (also available on Amazon), in which only the wheel is made of plastic, and they'll last six months instead of 3 months, on average. But that little plastic wheel's gonna break. It's MADE TO BREAK (notice how thin the wheel is except for its outer edge).This model, the N-6582, is made to break EVERYWHERE, and it will. Good luck fishing the parts out of the hole in your door when that plastic outer casing snaps in two!HOT. GARBAGE.
