Owned the smaller pot set for years and loved it. Stainless, which I like because I like to stay away from nonstick coatings (I always take a stainless steel mesh to clean). Large size I bought for 8 person canoe trip and size was great. Handle locks at top for stability, comes with lid with leather strap to lift and holes to drain pasta. It's nice to have a pot lifter to handle this properly when it is heavy and hot, I use an old msr panhandler pot lifter and it works great.

Pros: hanging handle for tripod work with a detent to keep center. Leather tag to remove lid glove free . Large ridge to keep lid center. Built in strainer.Cons: not modular..I have built my own kit, with my Colman stove some stainless plates and another small pot I found that can fit inside. It's great for Backcountry camping. large enough to build water for bottles, coffee and dishes at the same time.

Take it camping with us hundreds of times. We both use it on campfire and gas stove - still work perfectly fine!

Great pot for car camping. Comes in a nice canvas bag, heats evenly, cleans evenly.

I thrown away the previous tin billy as it got rust & too soft for rough transportation. This Primus stainless billy is better than tin one by far. It's weight a bit more but I'm happy to everything else.

Lid doesn't sit tightly, very thin steel. Good enough for camping, when I don't want to bring good cans with me but you're not going to be blown away by the quality.

Perfect pot. Great size, excellent quality. Was really the size I needed. Pasta for two fits easily. Great for boiling enough water to wash up after a meal.

I purchased the 3L to augment my small Campfire set that came with the 8" pan, 1L and 1.8L pots. These are the best pots and pans I've found for camping & tripping. They're much more substantial than typical backpacking gear, but much more compact than bringing standard kitchen cookware. They're very well built and have great features like the colander lids and nice folding handles. I use them for canoe tripping and car camping with a family of four, if you're not looking for ultralight you won't be disappointed.
