What I like best about this diaper pail are the online instructional videos that are easily found by scanning the SKUs with my iPhone. I was able to assemble it but there were a few issues. Firstly it is made from very lightweight plastic and I don’t know how well it will hold up over time. It includes two special garbage bags that have plastic loops that thread into the clips inside of the diaper pail. The garbage bags also have cardboard flaps on to that have holes that thread onto pegs. I found that despite folding the cardboard 180 degrees as instructed they often popped off the pegs. And specialized garbage bags like these can get to be expensive over time. Please see my photos.

This Prince Lionheart Diaper Twist’R Diaper Pail - Outsmarts Odors with Patented Twist Technology, Trash can is a very interesting idea. It is easy to assemble and is big enough to hold many diapers. It does a good job at keeping the odors out when it is properly used. At first I thought it will be too small so I was hesitant to order it but I thought I would try it anyways. I was pleasantly surprised that it is bigger than I expected which I really like. The only problem for me is the bags, you can’t find them anywhere and they are not cheap. Otherwise this is a good diaper can that does what it is designed to do.

The trash can is easy to assemble but its very lightweight and thin. It only comes with 2 bags that are broken and the lead do not close properly with the bag inside. The top lid do not lock at all, its just a fancy knob. Its nor practical since the toddler can get inside the trashcan. Is not worth the price.

This diaper pail is an interesting concept and I’m still not sure how I feel about it. The turning takes some getting used to - I like the idea of the bag twisting to keep the smell out but it also feels like a few extra steps. It comes in a very small box but assembles to a normal size. The bags are a little awkward to get in and also a very specific size/shape bag so you definitely can’t buy any other type of refill bag for these. Honestly I think I prefer my normal diaper genie, but maybe my mind will change the more I use this.

This is different than any diaper pail I have used before. Different does not necessarily mean better. This one requires opening the top of the bag and then dropping the dirty diaper in. Then the bag is twisted close at the top.The olfactory offense is likely to happen on the second diaper. The top of the bag has to be opened before putting the next diaper in. This also includes the next 15 or 20 diapers or however many it takes to fill the single expensive bag. Sure, there are charcoal packs that will fight odor. They are on the outside of the bag.Now this advertises that the twister top helps prevent odor from escaping. I am not seeing this as the bag is untwisted and opened before putting a new diaper in.I was also put off this diaper pail by how finicky the lid is. It has to be lined up exactly right in order to open or close. It is very fussy in getting the bag to close. The bag can get over twisted, thankfully not leading to bag tearing, but just aggravating when trying to get it open. It is not something that can be done one handed.I generally trust Prince Lionheart but I was sorry to see how many dirty diapers could fit in one big smelly bag.

I bought this and it works really well at keeping smells inside. I also like that I don’t have to take the diapers out of the room as soon as I change them… saves me time and headaches!
