Product as represented. It does not come with instructions for installation by "non computer guru" customers. Partsmart representatives were very helpful in giving needed instructions. Once I got it installed it seems to be working as anticipated. Partsmart did give excellent customer support. They are to be commended. THE ONLY REASON THEY DID NOT GET FIVE STARS IS that the printer has not yet been used enough to tell if the actual parts consistently operate up to the level of original equipment.
