I actually got this to partition our cruise staterooms. My wife and I rise at different times, but cruise ship staterooms can be quite small, so being able to partition the room is helpful. This screen has hook and loop tabs at the top so it can be adjusted for height, or if you are hanging it on some sort of pole, for the diameter of that pole.For us, we'll be hanging this from magnets attached to the stateroom ceiling, so we'll be using small rings (such as 1 inch split rings) to connect the screen to the hooks.It is somewhat thin but definitely provides privacy, at least from prying eyes. I had used another curtain before, but it weighed over 2 pounds, whereas this one weighs in a just under 1/2 pound. When packing that means a lot.It'll work for our needs, and I believe it would provide a nice screen for privacy during changing, as is its primary purpose.
