Under no circumstances should anyone do business with PRL Motorsports! Placed an order though PRL Motorsports as a gift for a dying friend to fulfill a Christmas wish. PRL took weeks on the simple order and the decided that it was too much work for them and decided to cancel the order and claimed suspected fraud. This was ridiculous, as prior to cancelling the order, I had been following up with them, so they had direct contact with me and there was nothing suspicious about the order (name, billing address, etc all the same). They cancelled the order and never tried to verify anything with me. I contacted them many times, and the staff (at all levels) were the most apathetic people I have ever encountered in business (beating out telecom companies). In essence they told me straight up, they did not care about me as a customer and moreover did not care about a sale. I tried numerous times to work with them, as I was trying to fulfill a dying persons Christmas wish, and again in no uncertain terms told me they could care less about my simple order and instead of doing anything to help a customer and did not care about making money. So lets give them their wish and not give them any sales, in a salute to the person who ended up dying recently without seeing a last wish fulfilled because of the apathy of the management at PRL Motorsports. I’m extremely easy to work with and understanding of issues, but when a company flat out has no desire in making money or helping their customers, they don't deserve your hard earned money, because trust me, this company absolutely does not care and if you have any small issue, you will not get satisfaction but weeks of aggravation and nothing to show for it in the end.
