Pro1 is the best company I have ever worked with. I called in for program help and found out my AC man (no longer working in this area) had installed a single stage thermostat in my new 2 stage AC & Heating system. Pro1 told me the correct model to get, and I ordered it from Amazon. It was installed two days ago by a NEW AC company. First of four recent thermostats to work as needed. Installation is somewhat complicated, but does job, especially for 2 stage heat and cool. Since it is 2 stage compatible, inside and outside HVAC items are much quieter during normal operation. Suspect that asking for large temperature changes will move unit to 2nd stage which will be louder

T-stats showed up on time, were new as described. I like this brand/model because of the ability to program "fan on" times for air circulation. These are easy to install & program. Nice!

First one was defective, fan would not run on manual setting - good thing I tested it. A return and replacement was prompt. Wiring connection at rear is tight. the design could have been more accommodating to wiring connection. Display of running status could be improved for single stage operation and lighting background lettering. Overall OK
