A couple protips for people who may not be very experience with this type of product. I like to put some oil on a papertowel and give them about 20 minutes on 300 in the oven before their first use. Then I use a mild soap and a soft sponge to clean it out. This helps clean and pre-treat the tray. Beyond that, you just need to be careful. The teflon layer is thin and will scratch easily. If you scratch it, it will rust over time. Eventually the teflon will peel up and start ending up in your lasagna, etc. If that happens, throw it out and get a new one. They're not expensive.That said, this is exactly what I want it to be. An affordable roasting tray that's deep, non-stick and has been a mainstay (in some form or fashion) of my kitchen for years. I've been using these two pans for about a month now, they're holding up to my dishwasher, they're baking nicely, and they're slightly deeper than my last set which makes it slightly more useful when I want a larger casserole and don't want to spill over the sides. Very nice product for the price. Five stars.
