These are very good, particularly for harder cheeses, such as cheddar. They wash beautifully in the dishwasher and are very durable. Unfortunately, I lost the rectangular one and had to replace it. I didn't mind buying the set of two because I will make good use of the second curved one.

Very satisfied! GREAT product, reasonable price, fast delivery - great seller! Best cheese knives, and in addition, they are very cool looking! I bought several of these in the past few years as gifts when I visit friends.

Two little knives with Swiss cheese holes along the blades. They look nice. I got them for my girlfriend. She seemed happy with them. They're a pair of knives. Stainless. Brushed finish. I don't think about them except when I open the silverware drop to get a set of chopsticks and hey, there's a pair of little cheese knives. I'm sure they're great for what they are. They've offered no offence to me. I think we used them to cut cheese once. I see them on the counter, dirty from time to time, so she's happy enough with them to use them and not complain, 'cause I sure I would hear about it. Not that she's a complainer, mind you. She's just your average person who is more likely to point out a thing that is exceptional in her opinion, whether good or bad, but unless these things did something magical, like fold laundry while we're sleeping, she's probably content with the job they do. If they were crappy, she'd be more likely to mention it. And as I recall, they had a nice heft to them, like if I was to get into a small knife fight, like one that was upsetting but I didn't feel terribly strongly about, I might choose these. But for cheese, they seem to do just fine.

I was looking at William Sonoma & Crate & Barrel. They various options. But really I just needed 2 simple stainless steel knives to cut the cheese. These were way more economical than the other store options. They are sturdy and clean easily. I never understood the holes in the knives until I read other reviews. Very good knives. I'd recommend them

Love these! Was planning a large open house, and just HAD to have cheese knives… Ordered them at 5:00 the day before the party. They arrived before 10:00 am the next day. Awesome! (Well, yes; the shipping cost more than the knives, but I was willing to do that… And it was still a good deal.)Brushed stainless is my favorite. Works with everything I have. They're simple, elegant, and easy to use.

Cheese knives are essential for several reasons: cutting efficiently through hard cheddars and tommes, and slicing soft cheeses like camembert and brie without crushing them. This set gives you a knife for each one of those tasks -- the squarish one for cheddars and curve one for bries. The quality is fine on these. They are not super high-end stainless like, say, Wusthof knives ... but they are also reasonably priced. The stainless looks good and has held up well through a party, several other uses, and multiple times in the dishwasher. If you want a functional set of cheese knives, these work fine. I'd also suggest pairing them with a slate cheese board, which not only looks great but is nice for helping the cheese maintain temperature, such as . Cheers!
