Received quickly, and at first glance it looked great! I was very excited to use the tempering machine. I noticed one little rust spot on the lid, and realized there was moisture in the bag it was packed in. No big deal. Cleaned it up as much as I could and figured it was just the lid, it wasn’t going to touch the chocolate. But when I took the whole machine out of the box the entire corner seam of the machine was all rusted up. No way I’m paying $100+ for a rusted machine! Requested a return, shipped the machine back and then was charged a hefty restock fee! For a machine damaged before it even got to me! Suffice it to say I’m furious about it.
