The cutter worked great two times. But broke on the third time I was using it. I didn't use it inappropriately, the plastic is just weak and cracked and split. It is very brittle plastic. I'm disappointed because it is a simple item and I'm OK not having the Gucci high end Park Tools but it is simply bad design. The plastic could have been a better quality plastic and thicker. Was it made to brake on the customer?

This works really well for a task that I don’t do all that often. Made of aluminum not plastic, which is nice for durability. The hose cutter works as designed as well. Good value and cheaper than some other options.

Good product, as advertised, made installing new hydraulic lines for my bike easy. Gets the job done the same as the other overpriced stuff.

Perfect for the home bicycle mechanic. The metal one is the way to go. The hose still slides in the vice but you can move it up when it does.

Works so darn well and costs so little! Watched like 2 videos on the old YouTube and gave it a shot and BOOM! Saved over $80 on two bikes. Not bad at all.
