Just tried putting net up after ordering. Will not stay up as stated and net is flimsy and not not at the bottom as expected and was missing parts as well. Have not been able to put back up. Disappointed

The wire guide to tighten the net fell inside of the net on one side. Unable to fish the wire through the small opening. poor design. net is still usable, but the whole purpose of this setup was to be able to tighten the net. Left with a sagging net.Edit: Customer Service reached out to me to try and resolve the issue. Have not fixed the issue yet. Will Edit this review again when the issue has been fixed. Issue resolved through customer service. thanks

I was hesitant since I'm not as familiar with this company as say Park and Sun, or Cobra, but specs looked good, price reasonable, and the tensioning system was promising (sloppy nets really bug me).The company did respond in a timely fashion to pre sales inquiries. They also sent an follow up email once the item shipped inquiring about receipt, issues, and offering service if need be.Here's my initital impression1) System seems quite robust, more so than competitors; from the 2" poles, to the thicker tensioning lines, to the flat tape court lines, all around just feels stronger and more durable :)2) the pump included is garbage (really not worth even including), it couldn't even pump up the supplied ball to 5-7 PSI (got maybe 3PSI)2) the ball of course is nominal and not even regulation size. I would expect most people who buy this system are going to have their own balls of higher quality of course (Molten, KOB, Mikasa, etc.) so I guess I would say although it's nice to include a ball and pump, it's really necessary or worth it IMHO.3) they include 'flat tape lines' (rather than rope, which I think is pretty cheesy/ barely adequate IMO), nice upgrade4) price was very reasonable given features and apparent sturdinessUltimately I am very satisfied with the apparent quality and design (though I will replace the top rope/ 'string' with something more substantial that can be tensioned better).It appears to be well constructed and durable, which was one of my primary concerns since they get a lot of use and wear and tear. Time will tell but I'm optimistic.I was able to set it up first time, with only 1 error, in the time it took another group to setup their Park and Sun net and being I was one person and they had 2, and they've set theirs up 100s of times... Looking forward to many good games :)>> update Sept. 28th 2022Second time is use one of the eye bolts/ guides broke (we were tensioning it further after the 1st few games) which was surprising as they appear reasonably robust (5/16 or 3/8"). I contacted them and promptly rec'd a note back apologizing and offer to correct. Within 7 days I rec'd not 1 but 4 replacement parts as well as replacement crank handle (though that hadn't failed yet I mentioned it seemed pretty weak).Hopefully I won't have need for more replacement eye hook/ guides but I have them if need be and credit the company excellent communication and support!

Was worried it may not be sturdy enough to play with how aggressive me and all my buddies like to play but I was pleasantly surprised. It could handle strong serves, spikes blocked into the net and pretty heavy winds on the beach. Only thing that of course took it down was someone literally falling on top of the net. Super super nice to have an out of bounds line as well. It's easy to setup after you do it the first time. Doesn't take longer than 5 or 10 minutes with a little help from a friend. You might be thinking you want to cheap out on a dinky 50$ net like I did at first, but I assure you this is definitely a good deal and well worth it if you have people to play with. Will be using this all summer long!

This is a great Volleyball set but do yourself a favor and buy 16” stakes. The set comes with 10” stakes and they kept coming out so I bought a set of longer stakes and now it stays put and is perfect.
