Best hackamore on the market! My horse shook his head with all others. Shanks let you pull your horse around a barrel with ease and comfort. Use this everyday for my barrel horse with a cut/damaged tongue. 👍🏻👍🏻

This is a very well made product. We used it for the first time and it was totally obvious that he loves it. He is a barrel racer. We had it set so that when pulling as hard as you can, it will not pinch too much. Result was very little stopping power, but also very little pain to the horse. We will adjust the chin strap a little at a time until we can get the communication desired. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is that they only make one size. The noseband is too short for our horse...he has a big head (halter bread, 16.2 hands 1550lbs) But I will change it out to a leather strape, which I would of preferred anyway. Also, I bent the shanks back a little more, so as to lessen the leverage which helps to allow for rider error. I believe its one of the best on the market, if your going to use a hack. Love that the shanks rotate independently of the portion that ties to the noseband...very well thought through on the design.

So far great, came in a timely manner, was just what I order, I have to try it on the horse yet and I'll probably make this a 5 star rating...
