The cover does fit the pad but the interior strap is sewed in, not adjustable, so will not accommodate the 31 in pads. Seems to be well made and will function.

Holds my blanket well. Breathable so I feel comfortable storing my blanket in it after a ride with it still having some dampness to it. It has mesh sides so your blanket won’t build up any mildew.

Highly recommend this pad carrier! Will easily hold 2 of the larger thicker western show pads. Has a strap inside to secure pads and is vented so they can get air. Very well made product!

I little short from top to bottom for standard dressage pads. It’s hard to find a saddle pad carrier specifically for dressage pads, so I thought a western pad carrier would be big enough. It works but takes a little more effort for dressage pads.
