Our History
It started out quite simply. The pads on an aerobike were falling apart once again and needed to be replaced. After looking, once again, at what was available as replacement options, the choices were not very attractive. Others felt the same way and it could be seen in the old deteriorated stinky pads so many of us were using. There just had to be room for improvement. And that's when we started working. We developed solutions that deliver great comfort, durability, and value.

I used these to replace my profile arm pads that had just exploded from too much use. This set was really great, and the only thing that I would have wished was that the adhesive would have stuck a little bit better at the beginning, but in the end it stuck down and I had no issues. This thick, small-cell foam is very very soft, so these are much more comfortable than the pads they replaced.

I got a set of used Profile Design aero bars for my trainer for a few bucks. The pads were worn out but even if they weren't I would have replaced the pads. The original pads had a hem sewn around the edges which limited how thick the padding could be. The Otto pads (MADE IN THE USA) don't so the full width of the padding goes right up to the edge. They can be shaped as needed too. They come with new velcro for the bar side and a few wipes to clean off the surface so the glue will stick. The shape is a perfect match to the plastic part of the bar. I suspect the only reason why these are labeled F-25 is the holes cut in the velcro to match the plastic it'll stick to. Even though the holes aren't the same on my bars the velcro is still stuck securely.The foam is nice and thick (over 1/2"). When they need it you can toss them into your washing machine and clean off any sweat. Over all I'm very happy with them.
