Surprisingly well made IMO for the price. Me and a buddy grabbed for some extra cardio options... thought we would do three 5min rounds... we ended up doing three 2min rounds. These will wear you out.

I just got a heavy bag and I use it to keep in shape. I wanted heavy gloves (I got the 22 oz) to help with speed and cardio. These do the job.
