I ordered a Medium for 8-8.5 US shoe size, but what came is what I would consider a Large. Order one size smaller. Next time, I will order a Small.

Horrible quality! I have had these a few months and they are literally falling apart. We have class twice a week, often times I can only make class once a week. These foot guards are splitting apart at the top and sides. They are trash. Do not waste your money.
