Very nice and comfortable fit, I wear the cloth shin and instep protection and they fit comfortably in the kicks with no problems at all. They are very light yet durable for sparring and focus/ kicking shield drills. They offer excellent protection for the foot, toes, heel and ankle. A great product at a great price!

I didn't want my boots to be flopping around all the time, so I was conservative and got the ones that were (according to their own sizing chart) in my size, but with only a 1/4" to spare on the foot length. I wish I'd gotten the larger size. My toes are right up against the front of the boots, with no room to spare. Not terribly tight- they'll work- but I'm hoping they'll stretch and reshape a bit and become more comfortable. Only sparred with them a couple of times so far, and they work.
