We just installed our 72" hoop about 3 weeks ago. Its a great, high quality hoop. Very, very heavy, luckly we had a scissors lift on site that we used to help lift the backboard up so we could attached it.shipping was great, no problems at all. We would buy it again!

My package was missing parts and the seller, Pro Goal, has not returned any messages that I left. The product appears to be good quality what showed up, but will not operate safely without the parts that are missing. I would caution anyone if purchasing products from this seller that if you need to communicate with the seller it becomes difficult.

I previous made a 1 star review because we tried returning the basketball goal as it didn’t fit our space. The return shipping was half the cost of the actual basketball goal. We reached out to seller and they covered the return shipping. Thank you progoal!

Initially had issues with shipment. Not the sellers fault, bad contact phone extension given by Amazon. Seller bent over backwards to help with shipment issue and stayed in constant contact once a good line of communication was established. The backboard and mounting brackets are super sturdy. I can't believe I got such a great quality basketball goal for the price I did. Made the purchase for a church gym, it couldn't have met our needs any better.
