This Pro-Grade Twister Arm Trainer is a solid piece of equipment for anyone looking to enhance their arm and chest strength at home. The adjustable resistance, ranging from 60 to 100 pounds, offers a versatile workout that can be tailored to different fitness levels. I particularly appreciate the anti-slip grips, which provide a secure hold and prevent any discomfort during intense sessions. The trainer is compact and portable, making it easy to store and take with you when traveling. It's also straightforward to set up and use, which is a significant advantage for those with limited space or time. However, there are a few areas where it could improve. The build quality feels a bit lightweight, and while it functions well, the spring mechanism seems like it could be more robust. I'm a bit concerned about its long-term durability, especially with frequent use.Despite these minor drawbacks, the Pro-Grade Twister Arm Trainer delivers a challenging and effective workout. It's a great value for the price and a useful tool for anyone serious about strength training at home. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to others looking for a portable and versatile arm and chest exerciser

I kept seeing these Arm Trainers all over Amazon and finally decided to give it a try for myself. I’m always looking for new strength training tools to stay strong. I was a little concerned that I wouldn’t really be strong enough to use this because all of the pictures show men with huge muscles, and I’m just a woman – without huge muscles! The description said this was “adjustable”, but the only adjustment I saw is whether I insert the handles in 1” further or not. I immediately tried to do the exercises shown in the pictures, but wow – they are so hard for me to do! The foam handles are soft and give me a great grip, and I can successfully bend the springs, bringing the handles fairly close together, but it takes every ounce of strength I have, and I can’t do very many reps. Maybe this is a good tool for me, because it is so challenging. But if you’re a woman looking at this exercise tool, maybe think twice. It takes a lot of arm strength to use this trainer!

This portable twister delivers an unexpectedly intense upper-body workout—even at the lowest setting, I can only do a few reps. The adjustable tension is great so I can work my way up, and the anti-slip grips keep my hands secure during sweaty sessions. While bracing it against my hips for curls feels awkward at first, the burn is undeniable. I've mostly used it for biceps and for pectoral. As for the heft and feel, it's built to last.

If you're looking to strengthen your arms and upper body, this Pro-Grade Twister Home Gym Strength Trainer gives 60-100lb of resistance. It's a Portable Adjustable Arm and Chest Exerciser with Anti-Slip Grips. Its Spring Resistance gives a thorough Chest Workout, along with Biceps, Shoulders, and Traps. It's very simple to put together. It comes in three pieces. The two rounded end pieces easily snap into place on the center spring tension piece. It also comes with a small instruction sheet that consists of mostly pictures to demonstrate the exercises that you can perform with the Upper Body Exerciser. For me, even the lowest tension is a bit difficult to overcome, but as I have been using this exerciser, it's become easier; I don't know if that's the unit loosening up or me getting stronger; I'd like to think (and I do) that it's me.Some of the exercises require bracing the unit against your body (hips, mainly), which adds a bit of pressure to the mix (the biceps curls, mainly). That's a bit off-putting, but as they say, no pain, no gain.If you're looking to add muscle bulk and strength to your upper body, you can't go wrong with this portable upper body home gym strength trainer.

This is a great piece for resistance training! I love having it as a part of my home gym. There is a package insert with some handy visuals of suggested exercises.Pros:1. Small size makes it easy to store, great for a home gym.2. Springs are covered in thick foam to prevent pinching, and handles have a nice foam covering.3. Assembly was easy, and could be taken apart again if needed for storage.Cons:1. Something like this is never going to give you the same workout as a dedicated machine.2. Potential for the tension spring to wear out over time.3. Limited range of resistance, this is listed as 60-100 lbs but is not adjustable in this sense.

I received this product in exchange for an honest review through the amazon vine program.I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and resistance offered by this item. It is made of sturdy metal and the springs are very sturdy and offer a good amount of resistance. I would say this is more for people who have been working out for a while than for beginners. It takes a lot of effort to bend this exerciser. It requires about a minute of assembly out of the box. It is very easy to assemble. You only have to connect the springs to the arm grip pieces and you are ready to go.The metal is sturdy and it is coated with a foam material for comfort during use. The foam does not smell bad out of the box. This particular item does require a lot of strength to use. They enclose a small sheet with suggested workouts which is helpful because some of them I had not thought of.I think this is a good value for the retail price. I would certainly pay full retail for it.
