I have to twist the holders into the corn instead of just inserting them. Otherwise, I really like them.

These corn holders work well. The way they are designed to hold together as a set is good, but the openings fill up with water in the dishwasher. Service and shipping were very good.

Literally just got them less than 5 minutes ago. I hope they work. They should. I'll use them this weekend. I only have sets of green ones. I was expecting ALL of the colors shown.

I was so happy to find these corn holders. I wanted to replace my old generic corn holders with the metal prongs that rust easily. I love that these are threaded and do not slip easily. I shared a pair with one of my elderly friends who usually microwaves her corn on the cob and she loved that she could put these in the microwave and not have to touch the hot cobs to insert them after cooking. Love the colors, the price and most of all the quality of these!

These are great.Cut the corn just above the bottom leaving the husk and silk on. Grill (15-20 minutes on med/low) or microwave (2 minutes or so). Put this in cut side and pull the silk and husk from the top. Amazing!

This product is not as advertised. There are ony 4 holders - 2 pairs instead of 4 pairs. I found this out when I requested a replacement and received only 2 pairs the second time as with the first.

These are so much better than the old ones I was using - larger, more comfortable grip making it easier to insert in the corn and hold while eating. Liked these so much I purchased an extra set for the inevitable time(s) some will go "missing" or get tossed in the trash inadvertently with the leftover cob.

-Set of 4 pair - loose, not in box. Not suitable for gifting.-Each pair has a white label and is shrink wrapped together. Hard plastic with extremely sharp point- however, because it is plastic, the point will dull immediately - in fact, one of them came with the point flattened,-The colors are dirty looking - especially the red/brown pair. (The picture is actually a bit better than reality). Unless red/brown is your color scheme, the appearance is unappetizing.Worst of all, the track on the screws is so thin, short and close together that they will not hold well on your corn. Easy to pull out from the cob.I gave them 2.5 stars only because so many of the cute new ones that are available (think Boston Warehouse) are equally bad. Seems like the new corn holders are considered disposable - use them for one season and throw them away. This type of quality and design is the new average. Deducted .5 star because they were not in a box and not suitable for gifting.If you want some that will really last (and don't mind buying used), watch auction sites and get all metal ones.
