We had some issues with the Disney app shutting down on us mid movie, but contacted the company directly for help. We ended up having to send a video of the problem because they were a bit stumped on what was happening. They sent us an update to download but that did not work so they ended up sending a replacement projector at no cost to us. We have had no further issues after getting a new projector and updating the system. Other than the Disney issue, the project works great and the customer service was fantastic!

I have an Epson projector that is only 6 lbs, so this is overkill because it can hold a lot more weight than I need, but I would rather it be overbuilt than under for safety. The design is simple and finish is nice. The white blends into the wall.
