Delivered in a timely manner. Instructions for putting it together were very clear. Assembly was easy with the instructions, and they sent extra parts just in case. The hardest part was assembling the reflectors on top. Moving it around is easy with the wheels attached to the base.Hooked up the propane tank and turned the valve on. Then turned the knob on the heater to high and held it in while I pushed the ignition button. Started the first time. Immediately started feeling the top of my head getting hot. I like this heater a lot and I can now sit out on my front porch and enjoy the winter.So far, I've used it 4 - 5 times and each time it starts with the first push of the ignition button and keeps my wife and I nice and warm.

It works great. Covers a decent area depending on how the seating is arranged. I may buy a second only because of the large seating space I have. Higjly recommend.

Very unsteady, very tall, works very well for heat ,so far however this heater is unsteady and atall not great height for home use, would work well at a restaurant.Hard to move on pool tile.Looks nice but you have to put your hand thru a little hole to turn on propane.Iโve had one of these before and that one was 5 stars. This one is not ideal for us. The hat on top is large it doesnโt appear that way on the add, So that great.I wouldnโt buy again, Iโd pay the additional 25$ and get one locally, only because I had one before that I loved and know thereโs a difference.

This patio heater was easy to assemble as it came with detailed instructions. Took me around 35-40 minutes to set it up. I like that it has wheel so it was easy to carry it to the patio. It has easy to operate control knob for setting temperature. This also comes with 3 stakes so secure the unit to patio so it does not topple during windy days. I have decided to keep this on a corner of my deck so as not to block the centre space. A standard size propane tank fits in nicely in the space provided.This heater is made of steel and looks very sturdy. Brown coating gives this a very nice look and feel. This is a perfect heater for out family gatherings.
