Probably the best stirrup I have found IF you like a heavy duty stirrup, emphasis on heavy. They are impressive and weighty!The color is misrepresented in the photo as the leather is a very dark brown.Well made product.

Great HEAVY stirrups. Personally wanted something heavier and these delivered. They really dress up my saddle and I get loads of compliments on them. Only reason its not 5 stars is its so hard to tell what color they are form the picture. The ones sent to me were several shades lighter than the picture - not an issue for me as I dyed the leather black anyway -but just for anyone looking for a dark stirrup, the color will prolly not be what's pictured.

First I'll start with the only negative on these stirrups which isn't really a negative. The description says they are brown but from the picture you can see they look black. They are very dark brown. So dark that you can only see they are actually brown in direct light. I put these on my saddle and have to say they are very well made stirrups. They look nice and are really deep. I thought they would have been a little wider than my bell stirrups but they are about the same width which is still a wide stirrup. They are wider than most average stirrups. They have quite a bit of weight to them. I would say they are at least 1lb heavier than my old oversized bells. The most important thing is they are comfortable. The extra depth gives a nice area to support your foot. I have been training my horse to do some roping and I feel comfortable and stable in these stirrups. On the couple of trail rides I have gone on since getting these they feel great.

I love these stirrups, they are beautiful, so much more comfortable then regular stirrups, very nice quality. Easy to put on. They are a bit heavier then I expected. But that tells me, they will last.

These stirrups are beautiful and well put together. The cushion on the base is awesome. I was afraid they would attract the cold but my feet didn’t get cold. Mind you it was only -10 C. If you haven’t tried the 4 1/2” or extra wide 5” stirrups, you should give them a try, so much easier on the knees. Back, hips. Good purchase!! Highly recommended.

These look amazing on my Aussie saddle. They look like they belong on the saddle more so than the original stirrups do. Wide enough for my boots and deep enough for good stability and comfort on my knees and feet. My only complaint is that this was a prime item, and it didn’t come in until seven days after I placed my order.
