Very good quality Heavy Oxford Punching Bag by Prorobust. This bag is well-constructed with quality materials; the shell of the bag is comprised of 4 layers of materials to create a heavy duty punching bag. The bag arrives empty and folded up. You choose the filler, a graphic of filler examples shows – Sand, Used Clothes or Rags, Saw Dust, An Old Comforter, Rice Husk or Corn Cobbs as possible filler options. I ended up using an old comforter as it was the only item I had readily available. Sand or Saw Dust are probably the best options for the most authentic “feel” of a boxing bag but neither was available to me. I did not like the “feel” of the boxing bag. Even though the outer shell was done so well, the filling of the bag was unsatisfactory.The boxing set also includes gloves, hand wraps, a jump rope and a set of hand-strength trainers. Most if not all boxing heavy bags for purchase online are going to be empty, leaving it up to the purchaser to fill. If you don’t have sand or s similar material to fill the bag it’s probably not worth getting the bag if you cannot fill it with the proper filler. I like the concept of receiving an empty punching bag and being able to fill it on my own but in practice it is essential to have the right material to fill it otherwise just don’t order this type of boxing bag.

This is a fantastic set for the price. The heavy bag is a good quality and will do everything you need it to do.It's easy to hang up, the chains are sturdy, all very nice.The accessories are nice as well, almost everything you'd need to for boxing or kickboxing training.Get this set and an agility training set and you're all good.

This set is just what you need to dive into training or pick it back up! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the gloves, and I’m having an absolute blast practicing my punches. Filling the bag was a breeze, and it even comes with handy tips on what to fill it with, depending on how you want to use it (check out the pictures!).You get a bag, a ceiling swivel mount, a jump rope, and some grip strength tools in this awesome set. So far, it’s been a huge hit at home—everyone is feeling motivated and joining in! Even our couch potatoes can’t resist jumping in to see who can hit the fastest or hardest. It’s turned into such a fun motivator for all of us!
