These fly boots are a very sturdy mesh that will stay up! The size is somewhat flexible, but it's wise to pay attention to the size chart for accuracy. The velcro strip is sewn well and strongly adheres. Also, the black piping is a soft felt. So, I'd say the set of four is worth $23.00. Nice boots for the fly season!

Stayed on well until he rolled in a mud puddle and got them soaked, then they slid down his legs. Worked great on the other horse that does NOT roll in the mud.
