Great leather bags. Smooth leather and very durable. Using the right size is very important when improving your bench rest shooting technique.

This bag is fantastic. Nice quality and heavy fill. My first order was delivered as an empty rest. I had to contact Amazon so they would fix it. Once I got it, I was glad I decided to have amazon replace it.The only downside is the bottom was slick. I had to add some anti slip rubber on the bottom. With that addition it is perfect!

I got the version with the shorter ears because I have cheek pads on the stocks of several rifles and was afraid that the pads would interfere with the ears. It was a good decision, as was getting the version with the stiff base. Highly recommended.

Work as described, I use most of the time at the range when tuning my weapons, just about the correct height for a Remington 700, a Marlin 795 with Varmint stock, and a AR 15 with Magpul stock, all shot from bipods, averaging a nice 1/2" group at 100 yards. They can be adjusted either harder of softer by adding or removing the contents (sand or other type filler) I like sand because is stiff. The quality of workmanship is just superb not to mention the smell of hide when you get your nose close to it getting ready for your shot :) they are a little heavy but that depends greatly on the type of filler used. I recommend this product.

I often shoot .22 s off bipods and when I want to do some serious zeroing I use this bag. It works very well and I expect it to last like another Protektor bag I've used to years
