Works great and perfectly described. Would be tough to get in a tight space but the thickness is meant for strength.

If you need to work in brake lines or any flared fitting these are expensive but USA made and very tight on fittings and do Not slip Definitely buy if you need them theses are built to last

The Proto wrenches that I received were made in China. Only the pouch continues to be made in the USA. I guess this gives them the ability to put USA in the item description. Could have paid far less if I wanted Chinese wrenches. Did not catch it in time to send them back.

A solid set of wrenches as to be expected from Proto. They aren't as nicely finished as snap on but they hold up great. The jaws don't spread at all. The 17mm gets used the most for Detroit Diesel after treatment temp sensors. These sensors can be very difficult to remove and cheaper wrenches will round them right off. Not these wrenches, the fitment is excellent and they have little to no spread.

Tool roll material seems cheap and flimsy but the wrenches are nice. Used to replace my 30 year old brake lines and when bleeding the system after a brake fluid exchange.

I work as mechanic use them everyday. Super high strength they don't flex or slip, worth the money.

These Proto wrenches were exactly what I wanted. They have a rough finish, so they aren't slippery when they're covered in brakes fluid. The fit is excellent, and I didn't notice any stretching on the wrench or rounding of a pretty stuck fitting. My cheaper set of line wrenches rounded off one of the fittings that was less stuck because they spread and only pressed on the points.

Its thicker than most line wrenches. it grabs in on five points rather than four so that's way better.

If you want good durable tools, they are going to cost you. Read the reviews for other brands. You we hear they don't fit or they spread when using. These Proto wrenches do not spread and they fit tight.
